RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – LINEN BY MIKO
At Linen by MIKO, we stand behind the quality of our pieces and carefully inspect all items prior to sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges or store credit only under the following conditions:
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items showing any signs of wear, tension, stretching, or damage will not qualify.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Accessories, jewelry, belts, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Items purchased at pop-up markets, fairs, or in-person events are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
FABRIC & MATERIAL DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)
Our garments are made from natural linen, a delicate fiber that can react to body movement, tension, and fit.
Linen is not an elastic fabric. Seams may be subject to stress depending on sizing, movement, and how the garment is worn.
We are not responsible for:
Tears caused by tension or fit
Seam stress due to body movement or sizing
Damage after the item has been worn
Natural wear and tear
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe you received a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos.
After inspection, we will determine at our sole discretion whether the issue is a manufacturing defect.
Items damaged after wear will not be considered defective.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
CHARGEBACKS & CLAIMS
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms. Claims that contradict this policy may be disputed with supporting evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
